Three Approaches That Affect Women Entrepreneurship

The word entrepreneur is derived from a French phrase meaning to adopt. it is also defined as one that undertakes an industrial organization and that is a writer and organizational innovator. He is someone who introduces something new into an economy. The concept of entrepreneurship is not new, but the size of women entrepreneurs is a completely new prism to look at and examine the idea. Being an entrepreneur, the best topic to understand is the behavior of the entrepreneur. it is, approximately, the use of sources that go beyond the on-site scope of the entrepreneur and his mission. however, for a gender-sensitive business initiative, in particular, this idea may include certain reservations. the literature defines the marketers as people who use their knowledge and assets to increase and create new business opportunities, who actively participate in the management of their businesses and who have a minimum of 50% in their commercial business and were in operation for more one year time.

Following the theoretical tactics of female entrepreneurship, it is shown that this idea has not been developed all over the world and girls' marketers are facing difficulties even in the current environment. These strategies include:

Monetary paradigm: this paradigm assumes that entrepreneurs are economists. they have an inherent capacity to transform the old capital into larger profits through the use of capitalist strategies, including reinvestment. In accordance with these standards, they hinder the inclusion of women in the business process. There are contextual adjustments that hinder the total awareness of women in the economic paradigm. It also hinders and filters the participants to experience the entrepreneurial spirit.

spiritual paradigm: this school of ideas believes that entrepreneurship arose as a result of religious virtue. in the previous century, Calvinism was a Christian sect that valued saving, reinvestment and difficult paintings. the devotees of this sect are considered the main marketers since they took the risk of developing their own agencies because of their teachings. Therefore, this point of view suggests that an entrepreneur is a person who runs with difficulty and shows perseverance.

mental paradigm: this paradigm says that the emergence of entrepreneurs is a final result of mental characteristics along with a specific set of private features that lead to an extra ideal for achievement. The most dominant feature is the need for success. it is a force of use that stimulates ambition, to set goals, to make plans and to adapt to modifications. consequently, an entrepreneur rises as a leader, takes risks and has the desired strength to handle it. the marketers can be those who have this person and those traits will make them venture into self-employment.

In a nutshell, those tactics are happening regularly. These paradigms are, in one way or as an alternative, the driving forces and sponsor the lack of equality between men and women to allow a good way to obtain the benefits of being entrepreneurs. they are the pre-established standards for any gender to request their profit. but positive social and cultural influences shape contextual contexts that prevent each man and woman from making the most of their capacity. This situation is harmful now, but it is not the simplest for people, but also for international locations because girls who are half of the population of the sector cannot be ignored.
